My friend and I are talking about the woes of husbands. I welcomed her to my house to stay over and refused because I have a husband there too! She wants to go to the casino and spend the night taking along his money of course! I told her I wanted a massage. She agreed that was good too. Then I thought about it a little deeper, as I could picture it more clearer... I want to sleep in a blue room in a comfy soft bed with crisp white sheets and a down comforter all by myself. With lots of white pillar candles burning in various hurricane lamps. A slight cool breeze blowing through the open window as the long sheer white curtains sway. And Yanni playing ever so soft in the background.

WAKE UP! Ain't gonna happen.

My annual fall Girl's weekend is only 9 days away, woo hoo!

Has anyone watched the NEW 90210? Some of that content is RISKY! Holy cow, but do I dare look away? Heck no, I've watched all the episodes today. It's too young for me to get involved with. But I like the fact they're using old characters and story lines. I knew Dylan was the father of Kelly's son! (I'd have his baby too) The new 'Walsh' kids are too cute; always doing the right thing. Should have been more like them in H.S.

I've had a craving for egg salad sandwiches like I used to eat in H.S. lately. My lunches either consisted of an egg salad sandwich or celery and P.B. & an ice tea. I made some killer egg salad for work this week; has satisfied my craving! Mom will tell you I make a great egg salad. I always felt it needed some tweaking. I tend to get it too runny with mayo or too much mustard... And tweaking I found this time around! First I grated the eggs vs. using an egg slicer. Next I only used spoonfuls of mayo rather than heaping mounds at a time. Ground mustard and not prepared. A pinch of sugar and a dash of pepper & salt. Too bad the bread was stale.
