Never say, "oops." Always say, "Ah, interesting." ~Author Unknown
Last night I was fixing dinner, homemade burritos. I've been making my own re-fried beans too. So I dump my pintos into the bowl and reach into the cabinet for my ground cumin and heavily start sprinkling it over the beans. 'Gee, this has a cinnamon hint to it' - I look at the label and 'Oh, caca!!! IT IS CINNAMON' So I search the cabinet for ground cumin and douse the beans with it hoping to hide the cinnamon. Normally I keep the cinnamon on my 'baking' shelf but I've been using both quite frequently that they were on the first shelf right in front. The beans turned out great! As a matter of fact, I might just start putting a little cinnamon in there from now on.
Today at 5p! Nights in Rodanthe!!! Wahoo! I wasn't more excited to see movie reviews than this morning, interesting because I normally care less what others think (on anything for that matter). But they gave it 3 out of 5 not popcorn bags but Kleenex boxes! : ) One of the critics even manned up to state he shed a 'man tear'! They said it was a really good chic flick. And gave it only 3 since it was a predictable love story, ain't nothing wrong with that!
One more thing, all I am going to say is Ty had another math paper for homework last night. Brian was helping him and Ty was getting frustrated. He got to the point he was crying and cried, "I want my momma!" I was in the bed room getting ready for bed and heard that... Ahh! I haven't heard him cry like that since he was 3! 'I want my momma!' - He's definitely a mommas boy and I could careless! He even talked my into giving his feet and legs a massage before bed! Anything for my boy! ; )
Have a great weekend.
Peace
